Bonus miles are contingent upon payment of the applicable Annual Fee. Balance Transfer Bonus Miles: Icelandair World MasterCard cardmembers will earn one (1) miles for every one dollar ($1.00) in balances transferred to your Account during the first 60 days the account is open up to a maximum of 10,000 points.
